Service 03
Platform integrations, from sales channel to distribution center.
We build the middleware between where you sell and where you ship: Target Plus wired to Flexport's distribution centers, Shopify synced with a 3PL through an MRP, and marketplace data from Amazon, Mirakl, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.

The problem
Every platform has its rules.
Selling on Target Plus means meeting Target's rules on every listing and every order: acknowledgements, exact shipping methods, cancellation reasons, stock per distribution center. A 3PL with no webhooks has to be told everything. And each marketplace keeps its sales in its own reports.
By hand, every order is a deadline to meet, and an API that times out can lose or duplicate one. Middleware does the same thing every time, and catches what slips.
What we build
Wired straight into your stack.
Target Plus integration
Your Shopify catalog published to Target Plus against Target's taxonomy; Target polled for new orders every five minutes; each order acknowledged and routed to Flexport's distribution centers; tracking, cancellations, and inventory reported back; returns registered at Flexport for inspection and restock.
Shopify 3PL integration
Shopify orders applied to the MRP within minutes, then the orders Shopify routes to the warehouse sent to the 3PL, inbound shipments announced as receiving orders, receipts booked, tracking written back to Shopify, and stock reconciled against the warehouse's nightly count.
Marketplace and API connections
Amazon through the Selling Partner API (SP-API), Mirakl, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, synced into BigQuery by DataSync, DataGem's ingestion platform, next to your Shopify and advertising data.
Operations consoles
An attention queue with auto-cancel deadlines, an audit timeline for every order, inventory with its movement ledger, and in-app help that maps every lifecycle, for Purely White Deluxe; a log of every call to the 3PL, for Bonjout Beauty.

How we work
Built so no order gets lost.
01
Start from the published specs
We build against the platforms' published API specifications: for Purely White Deluxe, automated tests validate our mocks of Target's and Flexport's APIs against them.
02
Webhooks stored, then processed
Incoming webhooks are verified and stored before they are processed, duplicates are dropped, and a reconcile every 15 minutes catches anything a webhook missed.
03
An outbox and idempotency keys
Every outgoing call goes through a transactional outbox with priorities, backoff, and stall detection, and idempotency keys stop a retry from applying twice.
04
Guards on what comes back
A receipt at twice the announced quantity is held, a count that would zero most SKUs is refused, and automatic cancellations run behind a circuit breaker.
05
Sandbox before production
End-to-end tests against the 3PL's sandbox, and one pipeline that builds separate sandbox and production apps from the same code.
Stack
FastAPI, Postgres, webhooks.
FastAPI and Flask backends on PostgreSQL, a React console, Cloud Run services and Cloud Scheduler on Google Cloud; Shopify's GraphQL API, the Target Plus, Flexport, and 3PL APIs, and BigQuery for the reports.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Can you integrate Target Plus with Shopify and our 3PL?
Yes. For Purely White Deluxe we built a direct Target Plus integration, in the brand's own Google Cloud, that is designed to publish the Shopify catalog to Target Plus, acknowledge every order, route it to Flexport, and report tracking, cancellations, and inventory back to Target.
Can you connect Shopify to our 3PL or distribution center?
Yes. For Bonjout Beauty's move to Capacity, an API-only 3PL with no webhooks and no update endpoints, the MRP drives everything: it sends the orders, announces inbound shipments, books receipts, writes tracking back to Shopify, and reconciles stock every night. It was tested end to end from a Shopify development store against the 3PL's sandbox, with its UAT test plan automated.
Do you work with the Amazon SP-API?
Yes. DataSync, our ingestion platform, syncs Amazon seller reports through the Selling Partner API into BigQuery, alongside Mirakl, Walmart, Target Plus, and TikTok Shop data.
How do you avoid lost or duplicate orders?
Every outgoing call goes through a transactional outbox with priorities, retries, and backoff; idempotency keys keep a retry from applying twice; webhooks are stored before they are processed; and a 15-minute reconcile acts as a safety net.
Where does the middleware run?
In your own Google Cloud. Purely White Deluxe's integration is built in the brand's own project, with its console behind Identity-Aware Proxy and its jobs reachable only through IAM.
